What will you do?
- You program directly at the machine or work with programming software and read technical drawings.
- You ensure a correct startup of production for the various CNC machines.
- You are responsible for correctly placing, clamping, and aligning the tools and materials.
- Correct determination of adjustment values and machining phases.
- Mounting and adjusting the cutting tools.
- Monitoring quality throughout the entire production process using the necessary measuring equipment.
Your profile
- You have completed training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or you have equivalent relevant experience.
- You are a passionate CNC turner and/or miller.
- Knowledge or experience with various cutting tools.
- Knowledge or experience with machining parameters, tolerances, surface finish, etc.
- Working with Heidenhain, Mazak, Okuma.
- You can work independently, are proactive, and value 5S, order and tidiness.
